Midrange Software, Inc. simplifies hiring process with the release of its new Web-Based Recruiting solution

Studio City, CA, September 13, 2004 - Midrange Software, Inc., a leading provider of human resource and payroll software solutions, has recently announced the release of its newest employer solution, XpertHire. XpertHire allows managers and recruiters the ability to easily streamline and automate the applicant tracking process while reducing recruiting costs and eliminating duplication of effort.

The new solution includes Midrange's applicant tracking module which will provide managers and recruiters with a complete "apply to hire" workflow from the creation of requisitions/job orders to new hire "on boarding". After the requisition is created, users can quickly update, review and manage job postings with a few clicks of the button. Customizable pre-screening tools allow only the most qualified applicants to proceed to the next level. Questionnaires and tests with weight factoring can be generated directly in the system eliminating the hassle of uploading. With keyword searching capabilities, managers and recruiters can quickly search for applicants with specific qualifications. XpertHire tracks applicants by job requisition, skills, qualifications, test scores, years of experience, and much more. Those involved in the hiring process will have the ability to access applicant data including interviewer notes, correspondence and test score rankings. By maintaining a complete history, managers and recruiters will always know where an applicant is in the hiring process.

XpertHire brings efficiency to the new hire "on boarding" process by avoiding the time-wasting duplication of effort. In one step, all previously entered applicant information integrates seamlessly into PERMS Millennium and ITPayS human resource and payroll software, or other HR and Payroll solutions.
