PERMS Millennium 7.0 Available PERMS Millennium 7.0 will be released early next year. New features will enhance your human resources even more than before and ensure compliance with 2004 regulations. Below are just some of the enhancements offered in the new release: OSHA Compliance - All of the required changes to OSHA 300 and 300A forms effective January 1, 2004 have been incorporated into PERMS Millennium. The new fields will meet or exceed compliance regulations for 2004 so you can avoid costly lawsuits or worker's compensation claims. Benefits Allocation Program - PERMS Millennium makes all benefit deductions for payroll easier. Complex calculations are simplified by employing "paycodes" for each benefit parameter. For example, a bonus percentage can be setup for all employees. Furthermore, another paycode can be setup for "years of service" and "salary range." PERMS Millennium will automatically create a matrix to determine the exact benefit outcome determined by managers. The same calculation process can be applied to create benefit allocation. Web-enabled Employee Self Services - Using .NET technology, Web-Based Manager & Employee Self Services will save human resources time and money by providing employees with secure access to their personnel files. Employees can submit change requests or vacation requests without ever having to contact HR. The paperless management will substantially reduce supply and labor costs. Moreover, human resources will have more time to focus on strategic functions that increase the bottom line. Employee Pension Plan for Retirement - Determine the exact retirement pensions and conduct "what-if" scenarios simply by typing in a few parameters such as years of employment, age and years to retirement. Built-in intelligence allows for multi-level analysis in seconds. Enhanced Recruitment Module - Matching top talent to your unique needs can be done faster with the new resume keyword search function. Hiring costs can attribute to two and a half times a new hire's salary. PERMS Millennium helps to avoid these expenditures by identifying qualified candidates from the start. More Payroll Integration - In addition to integrating seamlessly with ITPayS in-house payroll, PERMS Millennium also integrates with ADP and PAYCHEX payroll. Custom integration with other payroll applications is also available. SQL Server Compatible - The client server portion of PERMS Millennium is now SQL-server compatible. To learn more about how

That is why we have recently expanded our headquarters facility with a new training and seminar room. Two-day introductory training courses will be offered on a monthly basis starting in early 2004. We have installed new computer stations to accommodate up to 20 students. The class size is optimized for trainees to share ideas with one another and for the training consultant to provide personal attention to everyone's needs.
