Marketing Manager

We are in search of an experienced, creative and very talented Marketing Manager to assist us in getting our name out. Headquartered in our Studio City, CA office, this Marketing Manager must have previous Human Resources and Payroll marketing experience and be responsible for all company-marketing efforts.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Directing the development of all aspects of marketing and advertising of our solutions (collateral, web site, Trade Shows, local seminars, etc…)
• Assessment of existing and potential markets, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities and product launch, etc.
• Meeting all marketing campaign deadlines, developing and implementing multiple marketing programs.
• Leading the process to identify, develop and launch new products. Interfacing with Sales to develop and execute all programs
• Strong project management & cross-functional skills
• Possess and exercise mature judgment. Strong work ethic, loyal, trustworthy, honest, team player
• Detail oriented, works well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines

Prospecting and developing new business opportunities to potential clientele of all sizes. After prospecting, the inside sales rep will be responsible for qualifying opportunities, positioning solution benefits, product demonstration, leveraging relationships with decision makers or other key personnel, overcoming objections and closing the sale.

Job Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors Degree and at least 3-5 years of experience within Human Resources and Payroll industry.
• Computer Skills (MS Office, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Rocket, Flash Demos, etc…
• Strong verbal & writing skills
• "Outside of the Box" thinking
• "Just-Get-It-Done" attitude
