Product Consultant/Trainer

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Trainer/Consultant in our Consulting Services department.

Job Summary:

Applicants should be technically savvy self-starters with a professional demeanor and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the software industry. Qualifications should include:

• 3+ years experience as a professional trainer (in the software industry is preferred).
• Highly energetic and motivated speaker
• Strong presentation skills
• Previous classroom training environment
• Willingness to travel
• A college degree in a related field is preferred,
• Background in HR and/or payroll is a definite plus.

The duties of a Trainer/Consultant include:

• Training Midrange Software clients on the use of our software
• Consulting Midrange Software clients from pre-sales to implementation
• Supporting Midrange Software clients as they use our software
• Performing quality assurance tests on Midrange Software product
